We provide daily or weekly assistance due to aging, illness, recovery, or rehabilitation. The Soul Purpose Home Care Organization performed a compassionate and thorough diagnosis of our family needs in an effort to provide us with the ideal Home Care Aide. It was this attention to all relevant details of my family's needs that made them an exceptional organization. The Most Pertinent example I can provide is one that defines the ideals of Soul Purpose. Kim provided us with a couple of excellent Home Health Aides on very little notice. During Kim's follow up visits I would comment on how pleased we were, but would always refer back to previous aides practices as our benchmark. They not only emulated these practices for us, they hired that Aide for us and assigned her to us full time. I'm pretty sure that this qualifies as going above and beyond business practices.

Medication Set Up and Management
Weekly Visits from one of our caring and compassionate nurses. Our nurse will come to your home each week to re-set your medications and make calls to your Doctor and Pharmacy. We will also assist in scheduling additional appointments and check your vital signs.
Meal Preparation and Planning
Our Team loves to cook! We can assists in meal preparation, planning and with many of our clients we are blessed with the opportunity of breaking bread together.
Hospice/Respite Service
We're here to help both our clients and their families. Many times our clients' families are in need of time away to handle personal business or to care for themselves when their loved one is ill. We can provide respite services for as few as 4 hours to 24 hours at a time.
Companionship, Home Making, and chore services
Need some help cleaning out a closet or the basement? Need help getting things ready to downsize? Tired of cleaning and want to go out shopping or to a movie? We can help. These services are customizable to the needs of our clients.
Post-Surgical Assistance
Recovering at home after surgery can limit you with your daily activities. Whether you are recovering from major surgery, or are only in need of short term help, our compassionate caregivers can assist you to a healthy and complete recovery.
Physical Disability Support
Arthritis, physical disabilities, and age-related conditions are some of the few circumstances that prevent patients from caring for themselves. Our caregivers can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, and grooming.
Care for Dementia Patients
Our experienced and highly trained caregivers provide the highest quality of care to both patients and their families. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.
